Don't always follow someone

A funny and good quote is, "Don't follow in my footsteps...I run into a lot of walls." In life sometimes we don't do what we want to do. We wait for someone else to do what we want to do and then follow them. Sometimes we even follow what other people do and it's not really what we want to do. In life we have to do what we want to do. If you don't do what you want then you will never know what you enjoy. When you follow someone else you know what they enjoy instead. Following someone can be a bad idea because they might make a bad choice and have consequences for that choice and you have to suffer with them. So when it comes to choices in life we need to make our own whenever we can.

Don't be so serious all the time

Never take life too seriously...Nobody gets out alive anyways! Sometimes in life we are very serious about what we are doing. Yes, it is good to be serious at times, but you don't need to be serious all the time. If you are always serious it is hard to have fun. Everyone needs to just relax and have fun sometimes. When it comes down to it you will always have those people who think you have to be serious all the time. If we are serious all the time then where would the fun in life be?

We all have a little rain every now and then

Another one of my favorite quotes about life is, "Life isn't about waiting for the rain to pass it's about learning to dance in the rain." Just like how it rains in the weather it can rain on our life. The rain in our life can be anything from a fight with friend, stress over school, or anything imaginable. When it rains it can mess up some plans we may have but we can't let that stop us from carrying out our plans unless they have to be outside. If it does rain on our life yeah we want to quit and give up but we can't. We just have to try our best to make it through the rain. You may not always be able to make it on your own and you need help from family or friends. No matter what happens in our life we always have to try to make it through and sometimes we may not make it but trying is better than not making it through because you didn't try.

Isn't it funny...

Isn't it funny how day-by-day nothing changes, but when you look back everything changes. Sometimes in life we just need to take a step back and see the direction things in our life are going. We may not like everything that happens or the way that it happens. We can change things by taking a step back from the situation and really looking at how things are playing out. sometimes
we may have to change how we handle certain things in our life as they come up. In certain situations you can't control what or how something happens. We can't take what we have for granted. If we take stuff for granted we may never know when it will leave our life. If something or someone does happen to leave our leave our life we never know if we will get it back. So all in all sometimes we just need to take a step back from our hectic life's and look at how things have changed around us and the direction that they are moving and if we like the direction things in our life are moving.
